Our Needs

Pray- We believe the Kingdom of God only advances by the power of the Holy Spirit and that the power of our ministry lies not in our ability but in God’s authority and control. Therefore, we want to boldly ask God to do what only He can do, expecting that as our heart aligns with His, He will move. So, pray boldly. Pray frequently. Pray for our family, pray for Lilburn as well as for Gwinnett County. Pray that key relationships will be made and for open doors for the gospel. Pray that in lieu of our current economic climate that the necessary funds will come in.

Give- We believe this church will be self-sustaining by year five. This means we will need to raise $600,000 over 2 years. We are looking for churches and individuals to join with us in God’s work as financial partners. We are praying for some who are willing to give boldly and consistently over the entire 4-year stretch. At the same time, we know that some are only able to commit at this time to a one-time gift. No matter your contribution, it is an answer to prayer, and in the life of a young, missional church, every dollar makes a difference!

Join- We believe God may be calling some of you to consider joining our team! Please pray! Pray about moving to Lilburn, getting a job, starting a business, or even raising funds to be part of this adventure! If the vision of our church excites you, let us know! Consider sharing it with others who may also be interested. If you are interested or believe that God may be calling you to join His work, email John at john@kainoscommunitychurch.org.
